TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Terms and Conditions
1. Prices and Rates
- Price Confirmation: All prices are subject to confirmation at the time of booking.
2. Types of Tickets
The provider has no knowledge of the ticket typology until they are received from the organizer. Tickets can be:
- Physical tickets
- Electronic tickets or downloadable via a mobile application (such as Pass Wallet or another similar application). In these cases, it is essential that the customer has a smartphone with internet connection to display the downloaded ticket.
The Provider is not responsible if the customer does not have a compatible smartphone or internet connection for downloading tickets.
3. Ticket Prices
- Sale Price: The price printed on the physical or digital ticket is not binding and may differ from the sale price to the end customer. The total price includes management fees, shipping, delivery, and taxes, among others.
- Additional Charges: Depending on the event, there may be additional charges linked to ground services.
- Price Acceptance: The end customer accepts the informed price, which includes the aforementioned additional charges, and waives any type of claim regarding the sale price.
**Once tickets are booked, expenses generated are 100% of the value. Cancellation without incurring expenses is not allowed.
- Event Access**
- Name on the ticket: In some cases, the name printed on the ticket may not match that of the end customer. This is because the provider makes pre-purchases of tickets to guarantee availability, using fictitious names for said pre-purchase. In some events this fictitious name cannot be modified for that of the end customer, but the ticket is completely legal and valid for accessing the event. In case of inquiry about the name on the ticket, the customer may indicate that the ticket was transferred or gifted to them, which is permitted by the organization.
- Guaranteed Access: The tickets will be fully valid, as they include a QR code that allows access to the event.
- Restricted Access: In certain events, the organization may deny access to visiting fans due to their nationality or for wearing distinctive items of the visiting team in an unauthorized area of the stadium. The provider is not responsible for the admission criteria of the organizing entity.
5. Access for Minors
It is mandatory to provide the dates of birth of minors who will attend an event before purchasing tickets:
- All minors, regardless of their age, must have their corresponding ticket under the conditions established by the event organization.
- In certain events, the organization reserves the right to deny access to minors of a certain age depending on the specific nature of the event.
6. Location of Seats
The Provider only guarantees the location of ticket seats in pairs (two by two). These may be:
- Seats together in the same row (Priority, but not guaranteed).
- Seats in consecutive rows (contiguous locations in any direction in front or behind or diagonally).
- Seats separated by a seat in the middle or by stairs.
Customers can reserve contiguous seats for 3 or more people upon request under different conditions and prices than those appearing on the website.
7. Seat Categories
- Categories: Ticket categories may differ from those of the event organizer, as they are based on the Provider's location map.
- Possible Variations: There may be variations in location with respect to the official categories of the organizer. Customers understand and accept that the category on purchased tickets may differ from the official category.
It is only guaranteed that the locations will be within the areas of the selected category. Location within the area cannot be chosen and seat numbering will only be known when the ticket is issued.
8. Ticket Delivery
- Electronic Ticket Delivery: These tickets will be received by the customer via email, WhatsApp or downloadable mobile applications (Wallet) the day before the event, or in some cases, on the same day of the event.
- Physical Ticket Delivery:
- The customer must provide the name, phone number, address, and hotel reservation details (Check-in, Check-out, and locator) where they will be staying in the city of the event. Ticket delivery will be made at said hotel or at a collection point the day before the event or, in some cases, on the same day of the event.
- If the hotel does not allow it, delivery will be made at a pick-up point close to the event venue on the day of the event.
- Tickets will not be delivered if the name on the hotel reservation does not match the name provided by the customer.
9. Ticket Reception
- Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for immediately informing the provider if they have not received the tickets at least 12 hours before the event. The provider is exempt from any responsibility if the customer does not notify this situation with said advance notice.
- Emergency Contact: The provider will provide a contact number for any eventuality that arises during ticket delivery.
10. Schedule Changes or Cancellation
- The Provider is not responsible for changes in the date and time of the event: The organization may change the date and time of the event. The provider only commits to communicating this to the intermediary agent.
- The Provider is not responsible for event cancellation: This will not result in any compensation or refund to the customer unless the official organizing body of the event has clearly established the terms, procedures, and arrangements for such refund. In this case, we will refund the customer when funds are received from the organizers.
11. Acceptance of Conditions
By making the purchase, the customer accepts and confirms agreement with the conditions described in this document:
- The ticket will be delivered in the area and at the price previously informed.
- No claims related to the price, name on the ticket, or location will be accepted if the area indicated on the provider's location map has been respected.
